Auth0 manages account registration, sign-in and password recovery. Passwords are entered only in its secure sign-in window. With your explicit permission, selected generated looks and their details are stored privately by the configured account service and can be loaded on another device. Remove them from your wishlist or account page. Original selfies are never saved to your account. Unsaved looks stay only in this open page.
If you arrive from a connected Hair Advisor, your selfie is handed directly to this preview only after you actively click Advisor’s Try-On button and confirm photo permission there. The handoff uses the approved origin and a matching one-time handoff ID. After confirming receipt, this preview closes the photo handoff channel and uses the generation service. Embedded previews remain inside Advisor. Photo bytes are never placed in the link or browser storage.
Photos are resized and metadata is removed in your browser. When you confirm analysis or generation, the prepared photos are sent to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. Lockspix Try processes uploads temporarily in memory without storing original selfies or an automatic photo history, and does not log images. Temporary generated previews expire automatically. Alibaba Cloud processes photos under its own service terms. Shade matching describes only visible hair color and does not infer sensitive personal attributes.
